Happy Holidays!
We hope you all have a great time visiting with family and friends this weekend. It is a busy time and when we get busy, sometimes getting in a workout can be difficult. No matter where you are or what you are doing in the next few days, there are ways you can get in a workout.
Just think of all the exercises we do out in the park. It would be easy to take your family out into the yard for a little boot camp competition. Squats, flutter kicks, sit ups, push ups, and dips would all be easy to show your family.
If you can't think of your own workouts, check out this blog from a few weeks ago. These workouts can be done at home, outside, or in a hotel, so no excuses!
Have a great weekend and we will see you next week!
And don't forget, go here and vote for BTB Fitness as the best boot camp!

Good morning Piedmont PM! I hope you all enjoyed our tour Around the World last night :) You all did an awesome job!
Christopher thanks for joining the PM group last night - we enjoyed having you!
Raymond - you rocked the workout!!
Tiffany & David - as always great job last night!!!!!!
I hope everyone has a FANTASTIC holiday!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY G-MAG!
And a very happy Festivus to all at Freedom. I especially loved the comment that Wayne running down the field with two sandbags over his shoulders and a santa hat on reminded us of a certain jolly old St. Nicholas...except Wayne depicts a way way way fitter santa!
Freedom, nice work today with those sandbags full of sand, not presents. Except for team Dennis/Tim who destroyed theirs...wah wah wah.
I hope you all have a WONDERFUL holiday surrounded by family, friends, cocktails, good food, etc. Because in the new year we kick it into even higher gear! Woo-hoo!
JINGLE ALL THE WAY - HEY!
(p.s. - go here for our very festive pic from this morning. I especially love the birthday boy's glowing horns!).

Andy, thanks for leading us through the 12 days of Christmas! Love that workout. Next year we will all lead you through an 8 days of Hanukkah workout so that you don't feel left out.
See you all in 2010!
M.E.
M.E. it was my pleasure.
Our brave boot campers and instructors did a wonderful rendition of the 12 days of christmas. It was so good I heard Ryan Seacrest is inviting everyone to perform it next year at the lighting of the christmas tree at Rockefeller Center.
I think my favorite part was Chris singing - 5 golden burpees.
Have a safe and merry Christmas and see everyone next week for a New Year's eve extravaganza - I'll see what I can do to create our own type of Peach Drop.
Happy B-Day G-Mag...you better not let Santa see that picture of you that Jules took this morning or Santa will think that you have been a bad boy (due to those horns on your head!).
GREAT workout today. I loved having Cara as a teammate even though she and I are both impaired when it comes to throwing sandbags. :-) Happy holidays to my Freedom and BTB family. I'll look forward to seeing you in January to start a new decade of fun.
Happy Holidays, FREEDOM! And Happy Greg Day. I'll be traveling for the rest of the month but I know you will all kill the PT - and I can't wait to see you back in the funk in January for more icy goodness. In the meantime, be sure to blog about your holiday homework workouts! I want to see some extra special bonus at-home Tabatas, 5Ks, 12 abs of xmas and more.
Love and best wishes to everyone at BTB and Freedom!
Andy, that workout was tough this morning! Well-planned. I don't think anyone quite finished the twelfth day of Christmas, did they?
I had a great time working out with you all at Piedmont PM last night. Thank you leading an interesting workout, Monica. Those gut checks at the end were a great way to top it off - thanks, Sean.
Christopher
PS - Casey, you are officially BTB's Next...Top...Bootcamp Blog...Model.
Finally on my final leg home to Atlanta, look forward to seeing everybody next week! Happy holidays to all!
