
BTB was one of the early pioneers helping to make the concept of "Boot Camp" and "Group Outdoor Fitness" well recognized and wildly popular in Atlanta. The biggest challenge used to be simply explaining "What is Boot Camp?". These days, with seemingly a boot camp on every corner, we now love answering the question "What is BTB BootCamp?" and "What makes you different?".
Having a whistle, a few cones and a meeting spot does not make someone a legitimate training source. There are several options in Atlanta ranging from generic franchises to one man shows. Most are not anchored by brick and mortar facilities. Please be careful to whom you entrust your safety and spend your money on. We encourage you to shop all your options to make an informed decision.
BTB BootCamp is a strength & conditioning program developed by and exclusive to BTB Fitness. Our program is 4 weeks of commitment, hard work and great rewards. During the 4 weeks, you will participate in 18 challenging group workouts. It is our contention that a combination of various training methods is the best path to overall fitness. We have combined CrossFit methods, traditional strength & conditioning techniques, endurance training, sports drills and good old fashioned group camaraderie to form the premiere outdoor fitness program for any committed individual- regardless of fitness level.
Our multiple BootCamp locations are convenient to Midtown, VAHI, Poncey Highlands, Buckhead, Inman Park, Decatur, Emory and the Vinings/Smyrna areas of town. Check out our LOCATIONS page for details. All of our outdoor groups are headed up by CrossFit certified trainers who have all passed BTB's rigorous screening & quality control requirements. To lead a BTB BootCamp is an honor. Our experience in coaching mixed groups provides us with the ability to accommodate any fitness level- from the couch potato looking to get back into shape to someone training for an athletic event. Whatever your level, prepare to be motivated and challenged.
One thing that really sets us apart is our attention to detail and focus on proper movement. As a result, we limit the size of our groups to keep them very manageable. This allows our coaches to give the attention, instruction and motivation that you deserve and would expect from BTB. You'll find that many of our groups are sold out and hard to get into. We do not compromise standards to get numbers. Our recommendation is to find an open date and register before it is closed.
It is a well known fact that you cannot out train a poor diet. Whether your goal is to just get off the fast food or if you are looking to learn how to fuel your body for optimal athletic performance, we provide nutritional guidance and accountability as part of our service. At the end of the day, its all about looking better naked, right? We will not allow you to fail.
Want to know the best part? CrossFit. Being a part of the BTB BootCamp Program, as a group you will have exclusive access to any one of our three CrossFit facilities at least 3 times a month for a group workout. In addition, if you choose to sign up for one of our BTB Combo plans, you'll have the ability to combine our indoor CrossFit program with our outdoor BootCamp program any way you see fit. Feel like getting some heavy strength work in one day? Head on into the gym on one of the strength focus days. Raining outside? Well, we can assure you an appropriate workout to match your fitness level is waiting for you at one of our three CrossFit gyms. NO other outdoor training program in Atlanta can offer this.
Both our BTB BootCamp and BTB CrossFit programs are easily scaled to accommodate any fitness level. We have experience training high level athletes, average Joes/Janes and absolute fitness beginners. At BTB, our culture looks at fitness more like a sport. You are the athlete and you are participating in the sport of fitness. We are all on the same team- and we either succeed together or we fail together. Failure is not an option.
How does it work? You can begin the BTB BootCamp program on any one of our bi-weekly start dates. You will be sent all the material you'll need to get started. Your first day will be an introductory session in which you will be introduced to the day to day workings of the program, provided with a "swag bag" and you will complete a baseline workout- which you will repeat at the end of each 4 week session so you can track your progress.
You can choose to train with us for a single month or for multiple months. The bigger bite you take, the easier it is to chew.
