Info: 

Work up to your 3 rep max load, trying to increase weight in each of the 7 attempts.

CrossFit Workout 3/10/2010

Toes to BarWOD: 

8 Rounds for Time of: 

400M Run

Info: 

Rest as needed between rounds.  Start each run as a group- "rabbit style".  Round 1 everyones time is recorded.  Round 2 the person who finished first in round 1 will start last in round 2 with a time deficit equal to the amount of time they finished before the last person in round 1.  Round 3- reset the times.  Round 4- rabbit style and so on.
